1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only on products purchased at full price, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Items

• All discounted, promotional, or limited-time sales (including but not limited to 60% OFF offers) are final sales.

• Final-sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Customers acknowledge that by purchasing a discounted product, they waive the right to return, refund, or dispute the transaction.

3. Condition of Returned Products

• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Items that show signs of wear, misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

• TIMEPIECEVAULT™ reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies for return.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the product is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Warranty vs. Returns

• Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• Warranty claims are separate from returns and are not subject to this Refund Policy.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or intentional actions (such as stress tests, exposure to extreme conditions, impact by vehicles, firearms, or similar actions) is not covered.

6. Chargeback Protection and Waiver

By completing a purchase on timepiecevault.shop, you expressly agree to the following:

• Your order confirmation and proof of payment, together with the policies published on this Site, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and TIMEPIECEVAULT™.

• All discounted or promotional sales are final and not subject to returns, refunds, or payment disputes.

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a final-sale item is a direct breach of contract.

• TIMEPIECEVAULT™ reserves the right to submit your order records and published policies as binding evidence to financial institutions and payment processors in defense against any attempted chargeback.

• By purchasing, you waive the right to reverse or dispute any transaction except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
